Autumn colours fly as Hui's Kitchen prepares for the Derwent Valley Autumn Festival. This year, Hui and Jared will be serving up a fusion of authentic Chinese cooking with Tasmanian wallaby. Visitors to our stall can feast on traditional steamed bbq pork buns, pork dumplings and spring rolls, or opt for steamed wallaby buns, wallaby dumplings and wallaby spring rolls.
